What Is Holding You Back? 
Ask Yourself What do you have to let go of to reach your full potential?
What baggage are you carrying?
What mindset do you need to change to reach your full potential?
Who do you have to eliminate from your life?
What habits do you have to change?
What are you willing to give up to truly obtain your own definition of success?

I love listening to Lisa Nichols because she always helps put things into perspective. Listening to the speech she gave on YouTube a few months back, made me think about what I was still holding myself back from. I also recently started living to David Goggins and love listening to him talk about mindset and making a shift. You have to decide what you are willing to do and how far you are willing to go to achieve your goals. You have to decide if it’s worth. These are all questions that should be evaluated periodically in order to hold yourself accountable.
